Under his leadership, the company has built a strong identity on the three pillars of quality, innovation and trust.

The inspiration and guide of the company is Mr. Brahmdev Sharma – father of Chandan Sharma. 50 years of experience, mastery in craftsmanship and traditional designs make him an icon. The craftsmanship and quality he laid the foundation of is our identity today. He still takes an active part in new designs and work.

Suman Saurav, who is trained in mechanical engineering, handles the technical operations and on-ground management of the company brilliantly. He has learnt the balance of technology and tradition while working with his father in the business. His focus is – timely delivery, efficient production and perfect execution.

Saurav Kumar is also a mechanical engineer and plays a key role in the company's production and strategies. His role is important in workshop operations, team leading and customer communication. He implements technology as well as practical solutions in the business, which improves the customer experience.
